All orders are sent from the United Kingdom using the Royal Mail and US Postal Service. For items that are in stock, the standard delivery time is normally within 14 days from when we receive your order. The delivery time is counted from the day following the date of receipt of your order. If there is a delay in shipping, we will send you an e-mail to keep you informed. We will not charge your credit card until the goods leave our warehouse. Damart reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but you will not be charged for any order until the item is dispatched. There is a $7.95 standard delivery charge per order. Please ensure you keep your delivery note, as this is valid as a guarantee.

Certain shipments from the UK to the U.S are subject to import duties. These duties and fees are not included in the price of the order and are charged and paid for by you. However, in the unlikely event you are charged such duties please contact our customer services team via our contact us page who will be happy to arrange a refund. We will require proof of payment before we can process this refund.

If for any reason you wish to return an item all you have to do is complete the returns form attached to your despatch note. Enclose it with your items(s) in the mailing bag, affix the enclosed SmartLabel to the outside of the parcel and put it in the mail. No postage is required, the cost of return shipping is $7.95 and this will be deducted from your return. Please allow 14 days for your refunds to be processed.
